Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLENA PAULINE LAPLUME (1919 - 2008) Lena LaPlume peacefully passed away, with family at her bedside on September 17, 2008 at Extendicare Oakview Place Personal Care Home, Winnipeg. Lena is survived by her sons Raymond and Roger (Anita), daughter Denise (Winston), brother Paul Kryminski of Winnipeg, sister Josephine Fagan of Calgary, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their thanks and appreciation to the doctors and staff at the Health Sciences Centre, also to the owners and staff at Thorvaldson Care Home and the Extendicare Oakview Place, Winnipeg. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street with interment to follow. GLEN EDEN FUNERAL HOME 338-7111
